Contingency – Permanent - Client registers a vacancy with us and is under no obligation to pay until the placement is made and the candidate has started. The main benefit is that clients only pay upon success and can work with a number of agencies.

Temporary Contract - The client benefits by not having to employ the candidate directly or to maintain a payroll. Temp engagements are often used to usurp hiring freezes or to cover for short-term absence. Temps can also be highly effective when utilised for short-term projects with definitive start and end dates.

Exclusive – Permanent - This solution offers a degree of commitment without the need for upfront payment of fees. Velo gains the opportunity to fulfill the position without competition and the client benefits from the complete attention of a Velo consultant. This is a highly effective solution and other agencies can be leveraged later on in the process if additional candidates are required. Velo offers a discount in its fees below its standard terms for exclusive engagements.
